These scriptures teach "If we want then we must give."

The faithfulness of our supporters, has resulted in another blessed year, There were fourteen request for the 2011 funds. The four projects receiving the funds are so very grateful to you who included this program in this year's mission giving. The funds given totaled $104,811.00. These funds helped four newly planted churches toward purchasing a permanent meeting place to preach the gospel, baptize and teach the word.

At present we are enjoying a supporting membership of one hundred fifty. These members send in regular quarterly contributions to meet the needs of others. Texas Mission Development is a very effective program that has been financially working for Texas mission work and struggling churches for nearly forty years. One hundred fifty four projects have received funds since her beginning in 1972.

Nearly Two million dollars has been given to these projects by churches and individuals who contribute. Praise the Lord for those of you who have seen the need to help others in their need of financial help. May God richly bless you all.

Those receiving Funds this year were as follows:

$25,400.00 - LifeBridge MBC of Deer Park TX
$25,525.00 - Grace Pointe MBC of Brownwood, TX
$26,116.00 - Emmaus Baptist Fellowship C. of Lakeport, TX
$27,770.00 - Heritage Baptist of Missouri City for McAllen Mission
$104,811.00 - TOTAL

All projects have been chosen by a majority vote of the supporting members. There were 10 request made for this years funds and 367 votes cast.

Our "Third Quarter 2011" funds will be presented to Heritage Baptist Church of Missouri City for their newly planted church in McAllen,TX, in November.

Ballots are sent to supporting members each quarter with a copy of each request. They are mailed the week following November 1st, February 1st. May 1st and August 1st.

T.M.D. is a very helpful mission program of "Financially helping Missions and Struggling churches with their financial needs".
